i agree! Since my husband and I have to get this phone from about 4 months will be updated, we paid more than $ 20 in some random download fees. we finally bought cases for phones and it still happens! I just got off the phone with Verizon customer service, because I believe to be downloaded 3 ring-back tones. Every time I call these people, they basically say that I lie and that there are procedures to download something is too complicated to simply "happen" while in your pocket / purse. I send random text messages and downloading video reports (the charge that) the same as for the download. I am very happy with my command! I want to buy a new phone at its own expense and as Smashing the phone with a hammer!

My recommendation is to not rock the phone due to their very real long and widely reported problem of battery. I had the phone since Christmas 2008 and it worked well for me. I am not someone who is on the phone all day, I use when I am and I send about 10 or fewer messages per day. In this sense, my battery life very good. I can about 3 days without charge. So when the phone whenever you're likely to charge the phone every night. Text messaging seems to be lagging a bit so that people who text fast can be a problem with that, but people like me who does not is not really a problem with this phone. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase after 6 months of use. I have a very good service and calls are very clear.
